Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here — and I’m proud of you for taking the first step toward your goals.
I’m Sheri Kennedy, founder of Milk & Muscle. I’m a mom of four, a certified nutrition and behavior coach, and a woman who’s been in your shoes. I launched this brand after finally finding success in my own health journey — a journey I began while still postpartum and breastfeeding my youngest child. The name Milk & Muscle is a little nod to that chapter of my life — messy, magical, and full of growth.
When I set out to lose the stubborn baby (and stress) weight and manage the symptoms of (then undiagnosed) Hashimoto’s, I quickly realized how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. I also learned that many of the answers lie in what we feed our bodies — and how we treat ourselves in the process. That led me to dive deep into research, habit change, and nutrition science — not just to transform my own life, but to become a resource for other women.
Whether you're navigating new motherhood, entering a new decade, or just ready for a change, I’m here to help you create sustainable habits that fit your goals, your lifestyle, and the season you’re in.
If you choose to take this ride with me, I won’t promise to turn you into a fitness model (I’m definitely not one myself). But I will promise this:
You won’t be asked to go hungry.
You won’t have to cut out the things that bring you joy.
You will learn how to build balance, strength, and confidence without extremes.
No shame. No pressure. Just support, education, and a partnership that honors who you are.
Because real transformation isn’t just about eating well and working out — It’s about rediscovering yourself — and recognizing that you’re not made to fit in a single box. You’re dynamic. Multifaceted. Built with purpose and capable of evolving. You’re not just one thing — you’re a thousand things at once: a mother, a leader, a nurturer, an athlete, a dreamer, a beginner, a badass in progress.
You were made for this.
You are Milk & Muscle.
You were built for all of it.
